- Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) with dignity and respect
- Supporting residents with mobility and daily activities
- Assisting with mealtimes and hydration
- Offering emotional support and companionship
- Following care plans and reporting any concerns to senior staff
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection control
- Supporting social, physical, and recreational activities where possible
- As a Care Coordinator you will be:
- Supporting the day-to-day logistics of healthcare staffing.
- You’ll handle bookings, liaise with clients and carers,
- Manage compliance, and
- Keep everything running smoothly.

We welcome both experienced HCAs and those new to care who are willing to learn. Ideal candidates will have:
- A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A basic understanding of elderly care needs
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
- The right to live and work in the UK
Previous care experience or NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential – full training can be provided.
Key Skills:
Experience in a fast-paced environment (healthcare/recruitment a plus)
Strong admin and organisational skills
Great communication
